On Saturday, September 9, 2001 at approximately 5:00 a.m., Evangelist Cynthia Carter heard, while in prayer, thousands of souls weeping, moaning and groaning because they were eternally lost. While in the Spirit of the Lord she heard, They aren’t going to come to the Church; the Church must go to them. A few days later on September 11, 2001, the Twin Towers in New York was bombed by terrorist and literally thousands of souls were lost.
